Kettle & Coal began with a single drum roaster, a stubborn obsession with origin, and a cellar-dark room that smelled permanently of caramel and coal. We cup every lot before it ever hits the bar — only the cleanest, most expressive coffees earn a place on the menu.
By day we're a quiet workspace; after sundown the room glows copper and the espresso bar hums. Twelve rotating single origins, eight ways to brew them, and a kitchen of bakes pulled warm from the oven.
